Alan Dawson was recently appointed by Boehringer Ingelheim as Business Segment Head for Swine and brings with him over 25 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry across three continents and across both human pharmaceuticals and animal health. Although Scottish by birth he now considers Australia as his home (apparently the weather’s better).

Boehringer Ingelheim is a family company founded on the belief that if we treat and support our customers well we will prosper. This has served us well ever since the company was founded nearly 130 years ago. Much of our focus has been on innovative solutions to prevent disease in animals. Today’s presentation is on new practical apps which enhance profitability and reduce the risks associated with livestock production.
