We offer a FREE shuttle service to and from the venue, a curated list of recommended hotels, and support from our official travel agency to help you book accommodations in the best locations. You can also find restaurant recommendations and many more resources to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
MY WAY TO IMPACT
In 2025, VIV Asia is taking place at IMPACT for the second time. It offers bigger space with extra facilities to accommodate an ever-expanding show.
To help you find your way to and around the venue, a series of videos has been created. It includes almost all the necessary information one might need – about the venue, its business facilities, food & beverage facilities, leisure facilities and from where & how to take the free shuttle transfer. SHUTTLE VAN/BUS SERVICE
A shuttle van and bus from Bangkok’s city center to and from IMPACT are set up for the entire duration of the exhibition. This service is completely free upon showing your proof of registration/participation.
FOOD COURT & OTHER FACILITIES
At IMPACT, you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, food courts, cafes, fast food outlets, and pubs serving international and local culinary delights, such as Thai, Western, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine, as well as a quick bite or a refreshing cold drink.
