VIV Leadership Forum India 2019,
JW Marriot Hotel Juhu, Mumbai, India

11 – 12 October 2019

The Leadership Forum addresses the key players of the Indian market and is organized by VIV worldwide and SphereConnect. Already at its second edition, the focus in 2019 is on Dairy and the transformation that this important sector of the Indian animal protein supply chain is facing in the near future.

With a full-day program lined up on the 12th October, which is preceeded by a networking dinner on the evening before, the VIV Leadership Forum India 2019 is bound to attract the key dairy business players from the Indian continent, the industry stakeholders, and international speakers.

As the world’s largest milk producer, the dairy sector is a main pillar of the Indian agriculture economic system. Yet, breeding efficiency as well as animal performance are major challenges in the region.

New business models are being implemented to improve production sustainability, farmers remuneration, animal health management, and to respond to the consumers’ increasing demand for dairy products. Integration is one of the current trends in the dairy business transformation.

Among the speakers: Rabobank, Mr Shiva Mudgil, Senior Dairy Analyst, Vice President RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness will outline the global dairy market developments and zoom in on continent, country and regional level; whilst Minke van Wingerden, co- founder will present his inspiring Floating Farm innovation.
