You may require a visa when visiting Thailand for business and/or leisure. Please check with the Thai Embassy or Thai Consulate in your country of origin if you require a visa for Thailand. Please make sure that you submit your visa application on time, since the procedure takes a few weeks.

You might need a letter of invitation for your visa application. The letter of invitation on behalf of the VIV Asia team is intended to clarify the purpose of your journey to Thailand. This letter may in no way be considered a guarantee of entry to Thailand.

A letter of invitation for the period of the exhibition can be requested by email. You can send your email to Ms. Kanokwan, kanokwan.sat@qsncc.com. Please note that, unfortunately, it is not possible to apply for a letter of invitation after February 7, 2011.

To be able to apply for a visa at the Thai representative in your country, it would be best if you could show them a letter of invitation from one of the exhibiting companies with whom you are already doing business or with whom you have contact with the aim for doing business. If the company in question is an exhibitor, but not a Thai company, a letter from this company together with the invitation letter from the VIV Asia team might speed up the proceedings.

As mentioned earlier please make sure that you submit your visa application on time, since the whole procedure takes a few weeks.
