Almost 10 years ago Twinpack introduced the Eggs Cargo System®.
Today the Eggs Cargo System® has become a worldwide leading system for transportation of consumption eggs for reasons of uniformity, care for eggs, hygiene and cost reductions.

In 2011 Twinpack introduces the Hatch Cargo System®. Twinpack managed to design a system to avoid the use of metal trolleys and therefore to avoid a lot of unnecessary transport, handling and cleaning costs. Beside this, the Hatch Cargo System® allows you to load at least 30% more eggs on the same truck.
Since the Hatch Cargo System® uses a special plastic pallet instead of a trolley, loading and unloading becomes much easier compared to metal trolleys.

Twinpack cooperates with Prinzen Machines from Aalten The Netherlands. Prinzen developed specialized robots for loading and unloading the Hatch Cargo System®. These robots are able to increase the number of eggs per hour going into the hatchery.
