AUTOMATIC COMMUNAL NESTS
ZEUS wooden nest designed for both breeders and commercial layers, made of specially-coated plywood, that does not deteriorate and it is extremely easy and quick to wash.
AVIO Automatic galvanised nests are made of steel, resistant to chemical agents and bacteria, ensuring the highest level of bio-security.
Both allows labour savings of up to 50% thanks to automatic day-by-day operations, centralized egg collection and simplicity in cleaning, while at the same time providing quiet and natural environment for the birds.
SKA AVIARY SYSTEMS
SKA aviary systems allow great flexibility both during planning a new farm and during operation, as the combination of nests, feeders, drinkers and perches can easily be adapted to any farmer’s need.
Manure is regularly removed from the house via polypropylene belts placed under the floor of each tier, maintaining a safe environment.

LIBRA-C: specifically studied and designed for commercial layer farming.
It can easily accommodate up to 18 birds / m2 of house surface.
GEMINI: The new pullet rearing aviary, designed to rear birds that will be then transferred into barn, free range or similar floor based systems for the laying period.
FLATLINE: chain feeder for breeders, pullets and commercial layers, with several combinations of motors, as it can be on legs, installed on the slats or, by means of special winches, it can be completely suspended and winched daily.
Moreover, it can be easily customized or upgraded, thanks to accessories can be added at any time.
VEGA: breeder pan feeder, highly reliable, with homogeneous feed distribution and easy to operate. It enables 16 females to feed simultaneously and prevents cocks to enter the pan. Suitable for all-in, all-out houses too.
ATOS: cockerel pan feeder. Supported by a strong and stable galvanized structure, with the widest possible feed access. A pan designed and engineered specifically for male breeders.
LYRA: multipurpose pan feeder with several combinations of grids and pans to guarantee excellent results with broilers, turkeys, ducks, guinea-fowls, commercial layers and cockerels.
It requires only one simple centralised feed level adjustment whenever feeding day-old chicks or adult birds.
Available also with the new drop tube LYRA T for seamless feeding of turkey, from day 1 to final day.
LEO: broiler pan feeding system, which easily allows farmer to use it for day-old chicks without any supplementary feeders, making sure they stay outside the pan. It drastically reduces feed waste, and requires only single, centralized adjustments throughout the cycle.
EOS: new broiler pan feeding system, simple and robust, easy feed level adjustment and high quality materials, the ideal solution for a fully-open, fully-automatic feeding without any compromise on quality.
SUPERPITO: a feeder to cover all and every request of modern turkey rearing, with its strong galvanized wires and two different pans for growing and production, easy to replace and assuring no spillage, no matter the size of birds. Fully centralized feed adjustment.
