The Prinzen Setter Line offers the perfect setting for hatching eggs, with advanced systems for handling eggs, in hatchery and on farm. Every day over 30 million hatching eggs are carefully handled and set by Prinzen equipment worldwide.
Primarily designed to handle hatching eggs in an extremely gentle manner, the range of egg packers covers the most complete range of trays currently available. From standard 30 cell paper trays to virtually any type of nowadays setter tray models, operated by the leading incubator system suppliers.
The unique and proven Prinzen handling method ensures a points down setting of 99.7% helping to increase hatchability and therefore profitability for every flock. Setting hatching eggs point down on a setter tray is a fundamental pre-requisite for optimum hatching results.
The PSPC range of on-farm setter tray packers for hatching eggs consists of three types: the Easypack semi-automatic machine for manual setting of eggs with a vacuum lifter on setter trays, the PSPC5, 5 row machine suitable for a range of setter trays with a straight pattern and the PSPC7, 7 row machine to handle setter trays with a staggered pattern. Each type of packer offers simplicity in design, sturdy stainless steel construction along with low maintenance and good access for cleaning. Further improvement in handling setter trays is offered by connecting the PLU unit for automatic loading (or unloading) of setter trolleys.
For high capacity handling hatching eggs at the hatchery Prinzen offers a range of equipment for automation of the egg intake. Various modules can be added to combine egg candling, UV disinfection, and egg grading with points down setting to setter trays. There is virtually no limit to combinations that can be made for various types of setter trays. All egg handing systems can be extended with automatic units for loading of setter trolleys.
Packing Line – Efficient care for table eggs
With a vast experience in technology for hatching egg packers, Prinzen successfully offers on farm operated packers. From semi-automatic egg packing unit as the Easypack up to advanced automation of egg handling at farms with a high capacity, such as the TimeLine. The TimeLine package consists of the Speedpack 110, world’s fastest egg packer, combined with the Palletloader, handling over 40.000 eggs per hour from egg belt to transport pallet.
The ergonomic and compact design of the system requires minimum floor space and uses state of te art electronic controls in combination with reliable mechanics in a fully stainless steel construction. The system comes with many available layout options to suit various configurations.
