Foodmate is a Netherlands-based manufacturer of poultry processing equipment, available and installed worldwide. Foodmate’s latest innovation, the Foodmate FM Thigh Master 6000, is developed to bring solutions to common problems found in both manual and automated thigh deboning operations. The machine’s unique concept and design will bring high quality meat and an optimal yield with only a few trimmers and inspectors.
The innovative scraper design and tendon cutting system gives the meat a hand cut appearance and does not shatter bones. Unlike other automated thigh deboners the FM 6000 Thigh Master does not require a rubber disc to clean the bone, which significantly reduces operating cost.
Unique Features:
• Easy loading at 100/minute.
• Product holder with lock-in feature that keeps thigh in position.
• Automatic knee-cap removal.
• No bone shattering.
• Meat quality for retail packaging.
• High yields impart because minimal manual trimming is required.
• Considerable labor cost reduction.
• Works with skin-on or skin-off product.
