POULTRY
At VIV Asia 2011 for the first time ever on display in Asia will be a gasification system which transforms biomass, for example from poultry manure into energy. The purpose of the innovation is that, except for nitrogen, all the components which are important for fertilisation are preserved in the residual ash.
Another highlight is the further developed climate and production computer ViperTouch 2011. Next to the new, easily to operate touch screen, ViperTouch offers a variety of state-of-the-art functionalities that considerably facilitate poultry management.
Also featured are NATURA 70, a highly efficient aviary for barn and free range egg production and GatherEze+, a newly developed laying nest which is especially well-suited for broiler breeders.

Pig house control from a single source piece
With BigFarmNet, Big Dutchman introduces at VIV Asia 2011 a completely new technology in which all pig house applications and controllers are integrated in just one single software. This concept allows the user to access all important functions easily: whether it is feeding or climate, or whether it just one house or an entire farm complex – all controllers and computers are linked together and use the same software with the same user interface.
The comprehensive range of products on display also features CallmaticPro. The further developed electronic sow feeding system for sows in group housing forms part of the new all-in-one BigFarmNet technology.
