Aliphos produces and commercializes a wide range of feed ingredients including inorganic feed phosphates. Marketed under the Aliphos, Windmill, and Italphos brand names, these products guarantee optimal animal performance and welfare, with maximum respect for the environment. The range of feed phosphates includes dicalcium, monocalcium and monodicalcium phosphates, as well as magnesium and ammonia-based products, for use in compound, mineral or mash feeds, premixes and mineral blocks.
Each Aliphos feed phosphate offers feed producers a highly digestible source of phosphorus for ruminant and monogastric feeds with a consistent and precise nutritional value, high product purity and safety, fully controlled and traceable.
Aliphos and Windmill brands are produced near to the harbours of Antwerp and Rotterdam and can be shipped all over the world in containers and are available in 25 kg bags on pallets and in big-bags of 1000 or 1100 kg. Aliphos also produces trace metals in the form of bis-glycinates under the AliGlys brand. AliGlys copper, manganese and zinc bis-glycinates provide pure, highly absorbable sources of trace metals. These trace metals are bound to glycine and are, therefore, highly stable and easily metabolized by animals. Also this form of metal bis-glycinates underlies less interaction with other feed components and are, therefore, highly efficient nutritional trace element sources.
In addition, Aliphos offers other specialised feed materials and additives such as coated nutrients for ruminants and monogastric animals. For monogastric animals coated acids and essential oils are offered for a balanced gut health leading to better performance. For ruminants very efficient rumen protected trace elements (Se) and amino acids (choline, methionine and lysine) are offered for optimal intestinal absorption. But also coated calcium chloride (Calci-Cap) for use in transition cows is an interesting product. The use of Calci-Cap offers an effective way to control the dietary cation – anion balance.
